Martina y los hombres pájaro/ Una bestia en mi jardín

In this book we present two plays for children about migration written by two Mexican playwrights, Monica Hoth and Valentina Sierra.

The search for a better future, care, the train that travels through the country until it reaches the north, the people who go to work and those who stay, the desert, the threats that hide at the border, the birds and the ants are the stories of Martina and Damián, two brave children, capable of facing the world in which they live.

Martina y los hombres pájaros and Una bestia en mi jardín will help us to continue thinking about the world we want and will bring a reality as hard as migration closer to children. In the Essay Collection of ASSITEJ Spain we have published La migración en el teatro para niños y jóvenes de México,
